About the position

The Accounts Receivable/Office Clerk position is a full-time role based in Stamford, CT, focused on managing financial transactions and providing administrative support to dealership clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries
  • Review paperwork
  • Utilize Quickbooks for financial tasks
  • Cut checks as needed
  • File documents when necessary
  • Perform basic administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous bookkeeping or administrative experience
  • Dealertrack OLRS experience preferred
  • Quickbooks experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening prior to employment
