About the position

The Accounts Receivable/Payable position at Natus Sensory, Inc. involves managing and collecting on an assigned accounts receivable customer portfolio. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure timely payments and resolve customer issues. The position is remote and requires at least two years of corporate collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and collects on an assigned A/R customer portfolio across multiple business units.
• Thoroughly complete research and reconcile customer accounts.
• Complete routine collection calls to determine account payment status, ensure timely payment of receivables, and resolve customer issues preventing payment.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with partners and customers in order to deliver the best total customer experience.
• Understand customer infrastructure, and processes, and identify appropriate contacts in order to successfully address customer issues impacting payment performance.
• Identify at-risk customers to the department Manager.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal ownership level (Sales and/or Management).
• Identify & document customer disputes.
• Identify root causes of delinquency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business corporate collection experience preferred
• Knowledge of billing and collection procedures
• Solutions oriented with strong initiative
• Team player with the ability to share knowledge
• Ability to work with deadlines, prioritization, and organization of workload
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• Strong written and spoken Spanish language skills
• Highly customer service oriented
