Gundersen Health System is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Commercial Insurance Follow Up Team. This full-time position, based in Onalaska, Wisconsin, involves a variety of responsibilities centered around the management of guarantor accounts. The primary focus of this role is to perform detailed audits of these accounts to identify and rectify any billing issues or problems that may arise. The successful candidate will be tasked with following up with Third Party Payors to ensure reimbursement and the final disposition of claims. This includes investigating, initiating, and resolving claim reviews and appeals with these payors.
