About the position

The Accounts Receivable Representative at Sun State Landscape Management, Inc. is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. This full-time position requires attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software, as well as strong organizational skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Process AR Invoices
• Manage Purchase Orders
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare AR Reports
• Post deposits
• Monitor aging report
• Request payments

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• 5+ years of QuickBooks or Sage 50 experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office machine operation and upkeep
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
