About the position

The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring timely collection of payments for a firm located in Southeast Houston. This role requires proficiency in Excel and a background in time and material billing, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors. The position is full-time and requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes including billing and collections.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage billing reports and formulas.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for time and material services.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas.
• Experience in time and material billing, preferably in construction or engineering.

Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25 depending on experience.
