Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage all accounts receivable related functions. This role involves keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and planning a course of action to recover these payments. The representative will engage in heavy phone activity with customers, locating and contacting debtors regarding their payment status. Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans is a key responsibility, along with handling any questions or complaints that may arise. The representative will also investigate and resolve discrepancies, establish good relationships with customers, and regularly update account statuses and databases. In cases where customers are unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts, the representative will alert supervisors and comply with requirements when legal action becomes unavoidable.
