About The Position
Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative who will be responsible for managing all accounts receivable related functions. This role involves keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and planning a course of action to recover these payments. The representative will engage in heavy phone activity with customers, locating and contacting debtors regarding their payment status. Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans is a key part of the job, as well as handling any questions or complaints that may arise. The representative will also investigate and resolve discrepancies, establish good relationships with customers, and regularly update account statuses and databases. In cases where customers are unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts, the representative will alert supervisors and comply with requirements when legal action becomes unavoidable.
