About the position
The Senior Accounts Receivable Resolution Professional is responsible for managing customer disputes and deductions in a hybrid work environment. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues, maintaining detailed records, and preparing financial reports. The position is a six-month contract with the potential for conversion to a full-time role, emphasizing attention to detail, organization, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dealers, vendors, and customers to resolve invoice-related accounting issues.
- Track and document open customer disputes, identifying and analyzing underlying issues.
- Communicate findings and resolutions to relevant parties, maintaining detailed records.
- Conduct regular account reviews and follow up with accounts for supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with additional financial tasks as needed.
Requirements
- B2B Accounts Receivable experience in a commercial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
- Effective team collaborator who communicates issues and ideas professionally.
