Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Set invoices up for payment process.

• Produce monthly financial and management reports.
• Monitor the AR email inbox and respond to all queries.

Requirements

• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Data entry skills with a knack for numbers.
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
