We have partnered with a great company located in Santa Fe Springs that is looking to hire a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist as soon as possible. This position is essential for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring assigned accounts daily, identifying outstanding account receivables, and investigating historical data for debts and bills. The role requires taking proactive actions to encourage timely payments and resolving any billing or customer credit issues that may arise. In this position, you will be expected to contact clients to discuss their overdue payments and update account status records accordingly. Additionally, you will prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to management. This role may also involve other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable department. The position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
