About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Rytech Restoration plays a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This position involves monitoring account details, making regular communication with customers regarding outstanding payments, and collaborating with franchise owners to optimize collections. The role emphasizes building relationships and providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor account details for non-payments and open/aged receivables.
• Make a minimum of 30 phone calls a day to check on outstanding payments.
• Work with external customers to satisfy billing inquiries.
• Develop aging reports for assigned franchisees.
• Conduct conference calls with Franchise Owners to analyze open receivables and strategize on obtaining outstanding funds.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Anticipate customer needs and foster excellent customer service.
• Assist other departments as needed during critical times.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable activities is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to new systems, with experience in NetSuite being a plus.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively with department leaders and multiple levels of management.
• Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
