  • Process and investigate COD tickets and invoices.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Research tax-exempt qualifications.
  • Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets.
  • Gain an understanding of basic functions across multiple departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent experience in accounts receivable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt to various roles.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing high-volume accounts receivable.
