Pro Staff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Little Falls, MN. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the financial health of our organization. Your primary duties will include reviewing insurance denials and taking appropriate action to resolve them. You will assist clients with any billing-related questions they may have, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their accounts. Accuracy is key in this role, as you will be reviewing payer plans to ensure they are correct and up to date. Additionally, you will provide education and retraining for other team members when necessary, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze payment rates and run reports for daily balancing.
