Responsibilities

• Management of accounts receivable specifically for maintenance contracts to guarantee efficient invoicing and payment processes.
• Collaboration with the service department to confirm that all services related to our products are billed accurately to clients.
• Utilization of QuickBooks for invoicing and payment processing, ensuring all accounts receivable data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Leveraging Salesforce to manage customer information, track service histories, and maintain detailed records.
• Communication with customers regarding invoices, payments, and any billing issues.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts and assistance with month-end close procedures.
• Generation of accounts receivable reports and providing insights to management as needed.
• Support of additional accounting functions as required.
• Ensuring the billing functions are carried out effectively and cash activity is monitored closely.
• Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient and seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Ability to manage Cash Activity
• Experience in Cash Handling
