About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a temporary role focused on managing the accounts receivable process for a client in Addison, Texas. Responsibilities

• Prepare and send accurate invoices
• Record and process incoming payments

• Regularly reconcile customer accounts

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proven experience in managing accounts receivable
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving
• Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets, particularly Excel
