The specialist will also verify the daily sales journal reports, process and verify daily sales information in the system, and prepare necessary documentation for sales tax filing across multiple locations in California and Arizona. Additionally, the role involves assisting with residential and commercial rental property invoices, reviewing lease agreements, and managing collections and aging reports. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to their work, demonstrating initiative and the ability to research discrepancies in sales journal reports and credit card chargebacks. They will also be responsible for organizing and stocking all sales journals, reports, and receipts for each store on a monthly basis, as well as preparing and verifying bank checks for deposits.
