About the position

Drexel Building Supply is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Team in Campbellsport, Wisconsin. This role is perfect for individuals who possess the superpower of hyper-focus and can get things done efficiently. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, processing payments, and providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented but also has a positive and enthusiastic attitude, embodying the spirit of Team Blue. In this position, you will be responsible for determining eligibility for customer accounts, setting them up, and maintaining them. You will accept and apply customer payments, answer billing and payment inquiries, and have a solid understanding of the Lien Waiver process. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will need to hold yourself and your team accountable for accuracy in all transactions. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and team members, so providing world-class hospitality is essential. As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to assist in training and motivating new team members, further contributing to the success of our Finance Team. Responsibilities
