We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Fall River, MA. This role is critical in managing and optimizing billing processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be directly responsible for the maintenance of Accounts Receivable and Contract Billing, along with any other related duties and assignments delegated by the Accounting Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include analyzing Carelogic general ledger reports, recording Accounts Receivable, and managing all bank deposits and withdrawals. You will also retrieve Commonwealth of Massachusetts online printouts to identify direct deposits and analyze billing receivable reports against accounting receivable balances. Collaboration with the billing department on receivable discrepancies and preparing information for various internal and external audits will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to respond to reasonable expectations of the Agency and/or supervisor.
