In this role, you will prepare and review sales invoices for accuracy and alignment with sales team instructions. You will manage and reconcile documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), inventory data, and invoices. Additionally, you will oversee monthly closings by reviewing and updating invoices, ensuring proper recording of title transfer dates. Monitoring AR aging reports, applying payments to invoices, and updating invoicing information in internal systems will also be part of your responsibilities. You will communicate with customers regarding payment status and handle special invoicing requests.
