About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing credit and collections, vendor management, and processing invoices within a family-oriented and stable company that has been in business for 30 years. This role offers growth opportunities and requires handling a significant volume of transactions monthly.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections calls based upon aging reports
• Vendor Management
• Create and verify invoices
• Handles over 1400 transactions monthly
• Generate and distribute customer statements on a monthly basis
• Assist with Notices to Owner and Releases of Liens

Requirements

• 2+ years' Accounts Receivable experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• Knowledge of Release of Liens and Notice to Owner process
• Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup)
