The Accounts Receivable & Cash Applications Specialist role is designed for individuals seeking a dynamic and impactful position within a growing manufacturing company. This full-time position focuses on cash applications, ensuring accurate matching of customer payments to invoices, and involves collaboration with various teams to enhance customer support and optimize financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Master the art of cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate matching of customer payments to invoices, minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Utilize expertise in Oracle-based ERP systems to manage customer accounts, process payments, and maintain detailed financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Credit, and Customer Service, to resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and propose process improvements to optimize efficiency and cash flow.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or cash applications, with experience in Oracle being a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
