About the position

Certus Healthcare Management is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! This position is ideal for an individual experienced in Accounts Receivables or an individual experienced in Business Office responsibilities in the Long-Term Care industry. The typical schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, in the office. While the hours have some flexibility, the role requires a commitment to being present in our Pepperpike, Ohio office, where free parking is available on-site. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for working with long-term care residents to obtain and maintain Medicaid. This role is crucial in ensuring that accounts and payments are tracked and maintained effectively within our community. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer service with our community members, creating a positive environment for both residents and staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in multiple other community and organizational departments, making it ideal for someone looking to advance their career in the long-term care sector. Responsibilities
