About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing large customer accounts, focusing on invoicing, payment processing, and collections. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Research customer accounts and accurately enter customer data and information into ERP system
• Collection of past due invoices using various methods of communication
• Processing of credit card payments
• Follow up and escalation of unresolved inquiries and complex issues
• Review and determine best methods on regular AR Aging and Chargeback reports
• Assist in the cash application process

Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or similar experience
• Ability to work both independently, as well as within a team
• Experience working within an ERP software/system
• Strong 10-key knowledge and accuracy
