About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt and help with collection of past due balance
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Ensure accuracy in general ledger
  • Provide supportive documents for audits
  • Reconcile client accounts

Requirements

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
