About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Holistic Wholeness Institute is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities

• Process and post all incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and follow up with clients.
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy in billing and collections.
• Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve collection processes.
• Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting.
• Assist in medical collections when necessary.
• Provide support for telephone efforts related to account collections as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or corporate accounting roles.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in financial software applications, including QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients regarding their accounts.
