The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable for a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely collection of revenues and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for a portfolio of properties, including rent collection and calculating/collecting percentage rent.
• Input cash receipts and lease information accurately.
• Maintain records of receivables and transactions.
• Coordinate with tenants to reconcile outstanding accounts and resolve rent-related issues and collections.
• Prepare rent roll reporting, including monthly sales figures, income/revenue variance reports, and occupancy/vacancy reports.

Requirements

• Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in retail property accounting is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
