About the position

We seek a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will reconcile invoices, update payments, and create reports while collaborating with other departments to support the company's financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices
• Update payments in ERP software
• Produce and manage reports in MS Excel
• Support company needs in relation to ordering supplies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 or more years of Accounting experience; Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a potentially high-stress environment; strong attention to detail is a must
• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
• Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize
