About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role at Robert Half in Euclid, Ohio, is a contract-to-hire position focused on managing accounts receivable duties, customer billing, and light accounts payable tasks. The specialist will utilize various software systems to assist in accounting functions and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle the primary tasks related to accounts receivable
• Be responsible for cash applications
• Carry out customer billing activities
• Conduct analysis and research as required
• Undertake light accounts payable tasks as needed if a team member is out of the office
• Utilize various software systems such as Syteline and Infor product in performing tasks
• Process check processing and cash activity
• Handle CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Maintain and manage customer records
• Resolve customer inquiries and keep track of their accounts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is a must
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is required
• Ability to handle Cash Activity effectively is necessary
• Experience with Check Processing is preferred
• Knowledge of Cash Applications is expected
