About the position

The Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the SVP of Accounting in the Servicing & Loan Research division, focusing on accounts receivable cleanup following a recent acquisition. This role involves reviewing and reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and utilizing advanced Excel skills to navigate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support the SVP of Accounting with accounts receivable cleanup from a recent acquisition.
• Review Accounts Receivable module in Workday for advance balances and liquidations.
• Review open invoices and record fees for incurred amounts.
• Review ledgers within Workday and clean up accounts receivable amounts for customers.
• Reconcile advanced AR discrepancies and navigate large data sets in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with month-end close functions such as reconciliations and reviewing ledgers.
• 3+ years of experience with accounts receivable/billing/order to cash functions within an organization with at least 120+ clients.
• 3+ years of experience with reviewing, adjusting, and reconciling accounts receivable processes.
• 3+ years of experience with reviewing incurred amounts and recording fees.
• 2+ years of experience within a financial services setting (banking, asset management, insurance, or mortgages).
• 3+ years of experience with an ERP such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, JDE, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, or PeopleSoft.
• 3+ years of experience within large data sets, creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, advanced formulas, and macros within Microsoft Excel.
