The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in the accounting and finance team of a leading company in the entertainment real estate sector. This position involves overseeing tenant collections, reporting, and financial analysis, while also serving as a key point of contact between tenants and the finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial interactions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant collections and reporting.
• Assist in capturing and analyzing chargeback accrual and reserve month-end financials.
• Act as a liaison between tenants and the finance department.
• Maintain accuracy of all numbers and documents.
• Interact with clients via phone and email, including handling difficult conversations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in real estate.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MRI software.
