About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for processing monthly billing for a medium-sized commercial roofing company. This full-time position requires a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a solid background in construction billing and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Work with Superintendents to create monthly billing
• Process AIA Billing forms, Textura, progress, T&M and retention billing
• Prepare lien releases
• Handle related and special projects

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles
• Experience with Construction AIA/Progress Billing and Accounting
• Proficiency in Sage 100 or similar accounting systems
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and vendors
• Superior phone and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
