About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining customer relationships. This role is vital for maintaining the company's cash flow and supporting overall financial health.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
• Process and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
• Conduct follow-up communication with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status and collections activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Familiarity with invoice management and collections processes
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
