About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in the finance department of a leading software engineering firm. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the company's revenue operations, ensuring that financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, queries, and discrepancies concerning billing and invoicing.
• Methodically process and record all transactions, deposits, and revenue accruing to the company.
• Create and present detailed reports on accounts receivable status to inform financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align billing activities and resolve associated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an accounts receivable role.
• Familiarity with accounting software, database systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding detail-orientation, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
