About the position

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to assist in ensuring all functions of a fast-paced office team are completed. This role is critical in managing the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for training and directing the office team, delegating activities, and ensuring proper communication with customers and service teams. This position also involves assisting with the preparation of information used to support month-end closings and interfacing with service teams and subcontractors. A key aspect of this role is ensuring complete location audit compliance with all corporate policies and procedures. Candidates for this position must demonstrate strong leadership abilities and have experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, data entry, reporting, and month-end financial closing procedures. The role emphasizes managing customer and subcontractor requests, invoicing and collections, maintaining accounts receivable goals, and ensuring the timely completion of required month-end procedures. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will play a vital role in the financial health of the organization by overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing, supervising or leading a team in an office environment.
  • Working knowledge of accounting, banking and finance functions.
