About the position

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Lignetics Inc. is responsible for overseeing the issuance, recording, and collection of customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing and payment. This role involves managing the daily workflow of the accounts receivable department, providing leadership and support to staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the issuing, recording, and collection of customer invoices.
• Ensure billings and receivables are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Address and correct discrepancies in accounts or billings.
• Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and AR specialists to negotiate payment plans.
• Refer overdue accounts to collections.
• Provide accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics.
• Assist manager with analysis of data and reports.
• Organize weekly meetings to communicate information and guidance from company leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; Associate's degree in business or equivalent required.
• At least three years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
