We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at 3PL Vision LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience with various accounting software systems. This role involves maintaining accounts receivable records, processing invoices, and assisting in revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks related to the maintenance of accounts receivable records
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Conduct data entry to update and maintain financial records
• Assist in revenue cycle management and medical collections
• Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles
• Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP guidelines

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial concepts and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software such as PeopleSoft and Sage is preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management and medical collections is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping
