Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing and collection follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send out statements and invoices to clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Assist the accounting team with additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or an Associate's degree with at least one year of accounting experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
