About the position

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract role in Albuquerque, requiring onsite work. The role focuses on managing customer invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer invoices promptly.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments and monitor accounts.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and distribute account statements.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
• Generate aging reports and analyze AR data.
• Address customer inquiries and collect payments.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of AR best practices and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
