About the position

Randstad is supporting a large healthcare company in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the receivables on patient accounts in a long-term care setting. This role is essential to ensuring that patient financial services are handled properly. The position is remote for candidates local to Phoenix, AZ, and out-of-state candidates will not be considered. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will help patients understand their pharmaceutical charges and assist in resolving any resident questions or concerns. This assignment will provide operational project support to assess different information inputs, which can range from moderate to complex data, that will be used in various pricing initiatives. The role will aggregate the data based on defined requirements to a single output for consumption by other areas in the organization. Strict attention to detail is essential to the role, as the final results could be subject to future audits. The candidate will utilize various tools, including the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word), AS400, and Salesforce. Other potential project initiatives may include reconciliation of project data, process improvement, documentation, and process flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
