About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. This role requires proficiency in financial software such as ADP and QuickBooks, along with strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Utilize ADP for payroll-related functions and QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless billing processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable metrics and outstanding balances.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficient in ADP and QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
