The Accounts Receivables Specialist at Demand Mechanical LLC plays a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This position involves working closely with the current Accounts Receivables Specialist and the Accounting Team to ensure accurate billing, collections, and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the current Accounts Receivables Specialist and Accounting Team.
• Handle a multi-line phone system.
• Assist with giving purchase orders when necessary.
• Process and record customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve disputes.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving billing issues.
• Prepare and analyze various accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and customer balances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the accounting system.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in credit risk assessment and evaluation of new customer credit applications.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Google Docs
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Accounting experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in a construction/mechanical atmosphere
