About the position

Amentum is seeking an ACD Administrator for our client site in Bothell, WA. This role is integral to ensuring the effective management of assets and data throughout the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of regulated and non-regulated asset management, which includes onboarding, maintaining, and revising data, as well as initiating and tracking equipment changes. As the subject matter expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all asset management changes performed in the Electronic Asset Management System (CMMS). This position requires collaboration with various teams to support work processes and project-related tasks, ensuring that all asset Add, Change, Delete (ACD) workflows are executed efficiently. In this role, you will perform daily support activities that include data remediation for regulated and non-regulated equipment, managing onboarded equipment within CMMS, and submitting requests for preventive maintenance schedules. You will also work closely with contractors and team members to locate equipment during testing and maintenance, recording results within the asset management system. Building asset hierarchies and maintaining data integrity across all sites is crucial, as is assigning charge codes for accurate work order chargebacks. You will be expected to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing assignments effectively. The ACD Administrator will work in a team environment, fostering a culture of respect and professionalism. You will be required to communicate effectively with customers, especially during site emergencies, and strive for quick complaint resolution to avoid escalation of issues. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of regulated and non-regulated asset and data management throughout the site.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all asset management changes performed in the Electronic Asset Management System (CMMS).
  • Support work process and project-related tasks in collaboration with various teams.
  • Provide project support for facility and laboratory teams by supplying asset information for financial registers.
  • Perform data remediation for regulated and non-regulated equipment at the Groton campus.
  • Manage onboarded equipment within CMMS from arrival to decommission/storage.
  • Submit requests to add new and remove decommissioned equipment to Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Work with contractors and team members to locate equipment during testing and maintenance.
  • Record and maintain results within the asset management system based on contractor reports and field findings.
  • Build asset hierarchy for systems and maintain data within the database for all sites.
  • Submit work orders for Add, Change, Delete (ACD) forms on behalf of customers.
  • Schedule with the moving team for delivery, removal, and relocation of assets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with asset management in any industry (tagging and data entry).
  • Working knowledge of a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) such as EAMS, MAXIMO, or related database systems.
  • Experience with application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, data entry, scanning, uploading, and filing data and documents into Document Management System.
  • Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and complete a fit test for respirators.
  • Ability to obtain a security access badge at the client's location.
  • Ability to read and understand information in various documents or displayed on a computer screen.
  • Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree in business, Construction Management, or Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Experience in work order management.
  • Experience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment such as hospitals, biomedical or pharmaceutical campuses.
  • Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams.
  • Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
