About the position

The Acquisition Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within existing accounts and acquiring new clients in the region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance sales processes, improve customer experiences, and ensure effective account transitions. The position requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasting revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Digital Sales leader to enhance internal digital sales processes.
  • Guide new and existing customers through the digital sales motion by answering questions and helping them understand Pluralsight's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure proper account transitions to the correct segments.
  • Build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and maintain accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Develop processes for a meaningful customer experience and identify companies visiting the website.
  • Own the digital sales motion, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to drive bookings and revenue.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead creation to closed won.
  • Forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and input throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with the extended partnership team to generate pipeline revenue.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts
  • Experience in head hunting and strategically pursuing new logos
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
