About the position

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND). This role involves managing actions within the Document Staffing and Tasker Management System, coordinating tasks, and enhancing organizational efficiency across various departments. The analyst will assist in project risk management, planning, and execution of cross-organizational requirements, while also developing strategic plans and policies. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management of actions within Document Staffing and Tasker Management System (DSTM).
  • Serve as the lead coordinator for all external and internal taskers.
  • Stimulate organizational efficiency and synergy across AJPEO/SE and JPEO CBRND.
  • Identify, assess, develop, and mitigate project and initiative risk.
  • Plan, develop, refine, initiate, and execute new cross-organizational requirements, projects, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop, design, and implement annual and long-range plans supporting strategic goals.
  • Determine appropriate assignments, set priorities, monitor progress, and report on milestones.
  • Assist in developing and implementing various activities including briefings, white papers, and policy development.
  • Implement the Management Control Process and Information Management System.
  • Support international project activities and coordinate program activities across the organization.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate project status and performance, making recommendations as needed.
  • Lead integrated product teams (IPTs) and participate in JPEO-hosted events.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and orally to various audiences.
  • Prepare high-level action papers, reports, briefings, and senior leader communications.
  • Maintain a list of required Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
  • Collect, migrate, archive, and maintain electronic program files in SharePoint.
  • Track and brief leadership on project status, action items, and program milestones.
  • Coordinate and prepare for CONUS and OCONUS conferences and meetings, including logistics and clearances.
  • Provide program support for Government project leads for CONUS and OCONUS missions.
  • Assist with information security policies and procedures for clearance/classification authority activities.
  • Coordinate supply procurement, facilities work orders, and transportation for events.

Requirements

  • Seven years of experience in project and resource management, familiar with the DoD acquisition process.
  • Ability to organize and manage a dynamic, multi-organizational operational calendar.
  • Capability to lead projects or tasks involving tracking status and providing updates.
  • Seven years of comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with the JPEO-CBRND organizational structure and mission.
  • Knowledge of the JPEO-CBRND Document Staffing and Task Management System and executive-level staffing procedures.
  • Seven years of experience in managing, synchronizing, and tracking complex, cross-functional actions.

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with strategic communications and foreign military sales.
