About the position

Camping World is seeking an Acquisition Business Admin for our growing team. The Acquisition Business Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the dealership by managing sales paperwork, overseeing inventory management, and performing various administrative tasks. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and organization of the dealership's operations, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and in compliance with company policies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the dealership's inventory, particularly focusing on pre-owned inventory. This includes receiving, scanning, and maintaining documents within our database system. You will also oversee title and registration work processes, which involves handling Manufacturer's Statements of Origin (MSOs), Powers of Attorney (POAs), and other necessary documentation. Your attention to detail will be vital in ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will assist the management team in running an efficient and organized department, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Providing excellent customer service and fostering positive customer relations will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will be interacting with customers and addressing their needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain dealership inventory through stocking in pre-owned inventory
  • Receive, scan, and maintain documents in our database system
  • Oversee title and registration work processes and procedures including MSOs, POAs and other documentation
  • Assist the management team in running an efficient, organized department
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and customer relations

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of RV dealership accounting systems (IDS)
  • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and standard office equipment operation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
