About the position

The Acquisition Logistics Analyst will support the SSC Product Support Manager within the SSC's SDA&CP Directorate, providing expertise in planning, procuring, deploying, employing, and sustaining electronic warfare and space systems. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective program management and logistics lifecycle activities, advising senior leadership on acquisition strategies and facilitating program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and consultation in acquisition program management and logistics lifecycle activities.
  • Demonstrate competency and experience in the Integrated Product Support elements.
  • Advise the Materiel Leader and Senior USSF and Air Force Leadership on acquisition strategies and logistics.
  • Oversee and facilitate program management and logistics activities between operational stakeholders.
  • Advise and present information to stakeholders and Senior Military Leadership on program milestones.
  • Conduct acquisition/sustainment technical analyses including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
  • Facilitate Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) efforts for funding delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic acquisition planning and pre-award activities documentation.
  • Participate in solicitation planning and execution activities and documentation.
  • Manage and assist in the development of program planning and execution documents.
  • Draft technical evaluations and advise in source selections.
  • Lead integrated scheduling and active risk management activities.
  • Prepare program scheduling activities, meetings, briefings, and reports.
  • Support operations training and technical documentation development.
  • Coordinate with operations and development stakeholders for information critical to development.
  • Review and provide input to enabling concepts and multi-agency agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 5 or more years of DoD and related Space operations experience
  • Experience with Air Force and/or Space Force operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated competency in technical writing
  • Familiarity operating under agile conditions as a member of a Scrum team
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office products
  • Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams of Military and technical managers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree
  • Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) certification
  • Project Management Institute- Agile Certified Professional (PMI- ACP)
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • PMP or similar certification
  • 10 or more years of DoD and/or Space Operations experience
  • Certification by Defense Acquisition University Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) curriculum
  • Familiarity working with or at the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC)
  • Experience navigating the Air Force's cloud-based DevSecOps Platform One enterprise service
  • Experience working as a Product Repository technician or lead.
