About the position

The Acquisition Management Analyst at Serco North America plays a crucial role in supporting the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office by providing program management support throughout the acquisition life-cycle. This position involves managing various aspects of business operations, compliance, process improvement, and cost management related to the F-35 program. The analyst will work independently under general direction, preparing documentation, managing procurements, and interacting with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist DA&A in managing F-35 JPO enterprise-wide procurements and procurement metrics using the Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
  • Plan, execute, and manage procurements, monitor milestones, and manage contract work in progress using PMT.
  • Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) contract and workload planning, Long Range Acquisition Forecast (LRAF), and Planned Future Actions (PFAs).
  • Provide program management and analysis support in Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) and enterprise earned value management.
  • Assist in managing the PMO Integration Council (PIC) and the task management tool, Enterprise Task Management System Software Solution 2 (ETMS2).
  • Prepare correspondence, briefing materials, and documentation in support of the joint program office.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain an interim Secret Clearance within 90 days and maintain a final adjudicated Secret clearance.
  • Two years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning within the last four years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an Associate degree plus two additional years of experience (six years total).
  • Experience in program management, technical or business analysis in weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle management.
  • Knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition series and Federal and DoD acquisition regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) of the Navy NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) suite.
  • Experience using PMT for contract and workload planning and procurement management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
