Responsibilities

• Support pre- and post-award DoD contracts for U.S. Navy clients.
• Coordinate with requirements teams, contracting officer representatives, and contracting staff.
• Assist in the development of acquisition strategies, planning, and execution.
• Conduct market research and develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Monitor and report on contract performance, including tracking obligations, invoices, and deliveries.
• Provide acquisition expertise regarding statutory, regulatory, and policy updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition management.
• Experience working with senior government staff at the program executive officer or project manager level.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with the U.S. Navy.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Experience with DOD Acquisition Pathways.
• Experience with contract writing systems, including SPS.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with limited supervision and be a self-starter.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CFCM or DAWIA CON Certification.
