As an Acquisition Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring residential properties for our investment company. No prior real estate experience is required - we provide comprehensive training to all our team members!

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire residential properties for investment purposes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and real estate agents.
• Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on acquisition strategies.
• Analyze property values and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and present acquisition proposals to management.

Requirements

• Proven sales excellence with a track record of success in sales roles.
• Strong closing skills and motivation for sales.
• Excellent prospecting and sales planning abilities.
• Ability to sell to customer needs and understand market dynamics.
• Strong presentation skills and high energy level.
• Professionalism and ability to consistently meet sales goals.
