The Acquisition Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings within the sales and financial services sectors. This role requires a driven and strategic professional with a strong background in business development, client acquisition, and financial services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying and securing new business opportunities, negotiating client contracts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. A proven track record in sales, financial analysis, and relationship management is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms that align with client and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential.
  • Drive the execution of acquisition strategies, from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Monitor and report on acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and financial services innovations.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the company and expand its client base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and closing acquisition deals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves
